Do you handle both design and build?
Yes — Inspired Homes coordinates the entire design and build journey in-house, so you're not managing multiple parties. One team, one point of accountability, from first sketch to final handover.

What's the difference between renovation, A&A and reconstruction?
It depends on the scope. A&A (addition and alteration) works in Singapore are defined as changes to less than 50% of the original gross floor area, where the house is not completely torn down. Reconstruction involves the complete tear-down of the original house and building anew.

How long does a design & build project take?
Timelines depend on your scope, approvals, and decision-making speed. After scope confirmation, we provide a clearer milestone timeline. A typical A&A project takes around 10 months, compared to 12–15 months for a reconstruction — excluding the approval process.

How do you manage approvals and permits?
Where required, we coordinate the submissions to the relevant authorities and keep you informed on what's needed at each stage, so your project progresses without unnecessary delays.

Can I start with a budget range and refine later?
Yes. We align priorities early and refine the scope as the design direction becomes clearer — so every decision is informed, not guessed.

What should I prepare before your site visit?
Your wishlist, inspiration references, a rough budget range, and any known constraints — for example site access or existing issues with the property.

How does the quotation handle inclusions and exclusions?
We list labour and material categories by scope and clarify openly what's included versus excluded — there are no hidden costs and no surprises.

Do you provide aftercare or warranty support after handover?
We provide a 1-year warranty on products and workmanship after handover, and we remain contactable and willing to listen and answer any queries you have — even years later.
